📢 We're Switching to a Fixed Monthly Tuition Model! To better support families and streamline our process, our tutoring program will be moving to a fixed monthly tuition schedule starting September 1st, 2025.

- You’ll be billed a flat rate each month based on how many sessions your child attends weekly.
- No more fluctuating monthly payments.
- Our monthly rates are based on a full year of instruction, evenly spread over 12 months, with federal holidays and five weeks of closure already factored in.
- Simplifies billing and financial planning for families.
- Reduces last-minute rescheduling and admin time.
- Invoices sent at the beginning of each month.
- Make-up sessions offered based on availability with at least a 24-hour notice.
- Sessions missed without 24-hour notice may not be eligible for make-up.
- The same supportive, personalized tutoring your child has always received!
Pricing Packages for Private Tutoring
Please note: An initial assessment is required for all private tutoring in grades K–8. The assessment fee is $175, offered on a sliding scale to ensure accessibility.
This comprehensive evaluation helps us gain a clearer understanding of your child’s academic needs. It is followed by a parent debrief session where we review the results together and establish individualized learning goals.
