Private Tutoring: How It Works
1. Submit an Interest Form – Let us know what you’re looking for.
2. We’ll Reach Out – A Learning Circles team member will contact you directly.
3. Set Up an Assessment & Schedule (K–8 only) – If your child is in grades K–8, we’ll schedule an assessment and parent debrief to better understand their needs, then help you choose a recurring session time.
4. Attend the Assessment (K–8 only) – This helps us identify strengths and areas for growth.
5. Tutoring Begins! – Personalized sessions start and progress begins.
