Young Writers’ Workshop: Animal Adventures (Grades 1–2) | 3 Sessions
Calling all animal lovers and budding writers! In this 3-session workshop, students will use animals as inspiration for fun, creative writing activities while building important foundational skills. We’ll practice developing ideas, adding details, writing complete sentences, and strengthening conventions like capitalization, punctuation, and spelling.
Perfect for emerging writers who could use extra practice or kids who simply love to write and create!
Aligned with Grades 1–2 Common Core writing and language standards.
